Verse 1

Эхудэ идунай зехъожьым ыуж, израилхэм Зиусхьаным къемыкӀущтхэр ашӀэу рагъэжьэжьыгъ.

English

And the children of Israel again did evil in the sight of the LORD, when Ehud was dead.

Verse 2

Арыти, ахэр Зиусхьаным Хъацэр къалэ тетыгъор щызыӀыгъыгъэ къэнаӀан пачъыхьэу Ябын ыӀэ рилъхьагъэх. Хъарэшэт-Гъоим#4:2 Ижъырэ джуртыбзэкӀэ: «Хымэ лъэпкъхэм я Хъарэшэт». щыпсэурэ Сисэрэ пачъыхьэм идзэпащэу щытыгъ.

English

And the LORD sold them into the hand of Jabin king of Canaan, that reigned in Hazor; the captain of whose host was Sisera, which dwelt in Harosheth of the Gentiles.

ГъучӀым хэшӀыкӀыгъэ купсынкӀэ шъибгъукӀэ ащ идзэ зэтегъэпсыхьэгъагъэти, илъэс тӀокӀырэ ашъхьэ къаримыгъэӀэтэу израилхэр ыгъэпщылӀыгъэх. Джары гукӀэгъу къафишӀынэу лъэӀушхокӀэ Зиусхьаным ахэм зызкӀыфагъэзагъэр.

English

And the children of Israel cried unto the LORD: for he had nine hundred chariots of iron; and twenty years he mightily oppressed the children of Israel.

А лъэхъаным Израилым гъуазэу иӀагъэр Лапидэт ишъхьэгъусэ бзылъфыгъэ – пегъымбарэу Дэборэ арыгъэ.

English

And Deborah, a prophetess, the wife of Lapidoth, she judged Israel at that time.

Verse 5

Дэборэ ыцӀэкӀэ зэджэгъэхэ пальмэу Ефраим къушъхьалъэм ит къалэхэу Рамэрэ Бэтэлрэ азыфагу къыщыкӀыщтыгъэм ычӀэгъ ар чӀэсыщтыгъэ. Нэкъокъогъу зэфэхъугъэхэ израилхэр къыфакӀохэзэ, яӀоф хьыкумкӀэ зэхифыщтыгъэ.

English

And she dwelt under the palm tree of Deborah between Ramah and Beth-el in mount Ephraim: and the children of Israel came up to her for judgment.
