Verse 1

Adyghe

Израилхэм джыри Зиусхьаным къемыкӀущтхэр ашӀэхэу рагъэжьэжьыгъ. Арыти, ахэр илъэс тӀокӀитӀукӀэ Зиусхьаным фылистхэм аӀэ рилъхьагъэх.

English

And the children of Israel did evil again in the sight of the LORD; and the LORD delivered them into the hand of the Philistines forty years.

Verse 2

Adyghe

А уахътэм Дан лӀакъом щыщ лӀы горэ МыныуахъкӀэ еджэхэу чылэу ЦорэӀ дэсыгъ. Ишъхьэгъусэ шъуз мылъфагъ, сабый къыхэкӀыщтыгъэп.

English

And there was a certain man of Zorah, of the family of the Danites, whose name was Manoah; and his wife was barren, and bare not.

Verse 3

Ащ Зиусхьаным и МэлэӀич къыфакӀуи къыриӀуагъ: – Мары о, ушъуз мылъф, сабыйи уиӀэп, ау лъэрымыхь ухъунышъ, шъао къэплъфыщт.

English

And the angel of the LORD appeared unto the woman, and said unto her, Behold now, thou art barren, and bearest not: but thou shalt conceive, and bear a son.

Now therefore beware, I pray thee, and drink not wine nor strong drink, and eat not any unclean thing:

Арышъ, къысэдэӀу, лъэрымыхь ухъунышъ, шъао къэплъфыщтышъ – сани, нэмыкӀ шъон пыти уемышъу, шхын мыкъабзи умышхы. Шъэожъыер къызыхъурэм щегъэжьагъэу Тхьэм иназирыщтышъ#13:4-5 ИщыӀэныгъэ адрэхэм афэмыдэу, илыягъэу, Тхьэм фэлэжьэнэу гущыӀэ зышӀыгъэ цӀыф. Еплъ: тхылъэу «ШъофнэкӀым къыщекӀокӀыгъэхэр» 6:1-21., сыд хъункӀи ышъхьаци ыжакӀи ыупсхэ хъущтэп. А кӀалэр ары Израилыр фылистхэм къаӀэкӀэхыжьыгъэным лъапсэ фэзышӀыщтыр.
