Adyghe

Ибрам Мысырым икӀыжьи, къыблэ лъэныкъом щыӀэ шъоф нэкӀым ыгъэзэжьыгъ ишъузи имылъкуи зэкӀэ кӀыгъухэу. Лоти ащ дикӀыжьыгъ.

Kabardian

Ежьащ Ибрам Мысырым икӀыу ипщэкӀэ, и фызри, езым бгъэдэлъ псори, ЛутӀи щӀыгъуу.

English

And Abram went up out of Egypt, he, and his wife, and all that he had, and Lot with him, into the south.

Verse 2

Ибрам бай дэд хъугъагъэ – былымкӀи, тыжьынкӀи, дышъэкӀи.

Kabardian

Ибрам икъукӀэ бейт, Ӏэщи, дыжьыни, дыщэи и куэдт.

English

And Abram was very rich in cattle, in silver, and in gold.

Verse 3

Шъоф нэкӀым къикӀыжьи, ар гъогум техьагъ, Бэтэлрэ Ӏай къалэмрэ азыфагу щэтырыр зыщигъэуцугъагъэм къэсыфэ къэкӀуагъ,

Пищэрт абы и Ӏэпхъуэшэпхъуэным ипщэкӀэ къикӀрэ БэтэлкӀэ кӀуэуэ, япэм езым и шэтырыр здэщыта щӀыпӀэу Бэтэлрэ Ӏай къалэмрэ я зэхуакум дэтым нэсу,

English

And he went on his journeys from the south even to Beth-el, unto the place where his tent had been at the beginning, between Beth-el and Hai;

Verse 4

Adyghe

къурмэншӀыпӀэр нахьыпэкӀэ зыщигъэуцугъагъэм. Ащ Ибрам ыгъэлъапӀэзэ Зиусхьаным щелъэӀугъ.

Kabardian

япэу езым иухуауэ щытыгъа къурмэнщӀыпӀэр здэщыӀэ щӀыпӀэм нэсу; абдежми Ибрам щелъэӀуащ Зиусхьэным.

English

unto the place of the altar, which he had made there at the first: and there Abram called on the name of the LORD.

Verse 5

Лотэу Ибрам кӀыгъугъэми мэл пчэнхэри, былым пӀашъэхэри, унагъуи, унэӀутхэри иӀагъэх.

Kabardian

Ибрам и гъусэу кӀуэ ЛутӀ иӀэт Ӏэщ цӀыкӀуи, Ӏэщышхуи, шэтырхэри.

English

And Lot also, which went with Abram, had flocks, and herds, and tents.
