УкъэзыгъэшӀыгъэр зыщымыгъэгъупш оныбжьыкӀэфэ, мэфаехэр къэсыфэ, уанэсыфэ илъэсхэу о зыфэпӀощтхэм: «Сэ ахэмэ гухахъо ахэзгъуатэрэп»,

English

Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh, when thou shalt say, I have no pleasure in them;

Verse 2

Adyghe

тыгъи, нэфыни, мази, жъуагъохэри къэмыкӀосэфэхэ, ощх ужым ошъуапщэхэм къамыгъэзэжьыфэ.

Kabardian

дыгъи, нэхуи, мази, вагъуи блэн щамыгъэт щӀыкӀи, уэшх нэужьу пшэхэм къытрамыгъэзэж щӀыкӀи уигу игъэлъ Ар.

while the sun, or the light, or the moon, or the stars, be not darkened, nor the clouds return after the rain:

Къэсыщт мафэ – унэр къэзыгъэгъунэхэрэр кӀэзэзыщтых, хъулъфыгъэ кӀочӀэшхохэми зыкъауфэщт, хьаджэхэрэм яхьаджэн щагъэтыжьыщт, ахэр макӀэу къэнэщтхэшъ,

Иубыдынущ итӀанэ унэхъумэхэр шынэ техьэгъуэм, лӀы гуащӀэвхэри къызэфӀэщӀэнущ, хьэжэхэри мащӀэ хъунурэ Ӏуэхуншэу къэнэнущ,

in the day when the keepers of the house shall tremble, and the strong men shall bow themselves, and the grinders cease because they are few, and those that look out of the windows be darkened,

УрамымкӀэ гъэзэгъэ пчъэхэр зырагъэтыхэкӀэ, шъхьал макъэри къэмыӀужь зыхъукӀэ; бзыу цӀыр-щыр макъэм цӀыфыр къыдэущыжьы зыхъукӀэ,

Куэбжэпэри къагъэбыдэнущ, мывэ щхьэлхэми я хьэжэ макъыр ужьыхынущ, бзу цӀырэ-шырэ макъ пэтрэ цӀыхур къыдэушу хуежьэнущ,

and the doors shall be shut in the streets, when the sound of the grinding is low, and he shall rise up at the voice of the bird, and all the daughters of musick shall be brought low;

ЦӀыфхэр лъэгапӀэхэм урамым къыщяжэрэ щынагъохэм ащыщынэхэ зыхъухэкӀэ; пкӀаур онтэгъу зыхъукӀэ, Шъыпкъэ дэдэмкӀэ, мэкӀожьыба цӀыфыр егъэшӀэрэ унэм, нэшхъэеу цӀыфхэр ащ дэкӀуатэхэба.

ЦӀыхур лъагапӀэми щышынэ хъунущ, уэрамым къыдыхьэным щыщтэуи хуежьэнущ, пкӀауэри жьажьэ хъунущ, мы махуэхэр къыпкӀэлъыщӀэмыхьэ щӀыкӀэ уигу игъэлъ Ар. МэкӀуэж цӀыхур къыхуиуха унэм, щыгъуакӀуэхэри ныкӀэлъокӀуатэ.
