Verse 1

Adyghe

Мосэ цӀыфхэм ариӀуагъ: «Ащ ыуж къэдгъази, Бащаным кӀорэ гъогумкӀэ тыдэкӀоягъ. Бащаным ипачъыхьэу Ӏогъ зэкӀэ идзэ зэригъусэу къытэзэонэу ЕдрэӀ къалэм дэжь къыщытпэуцужьыгъ.

English

Then we turned, and went up the way to Bashan: and Og the king of Bashan came out against us, he and all his people, to battle at Edrei.

Verse 2

Adyghe

Зиусхьаным сэ къысиӀуагъ: „Ежьыри, зэкӀэ идзи, ичӀыгуи пӀэ къислъхьащтхэшъ, ащ ущымыщын. Хъэщбэным тетыгъор щызыӀыгъыгъэ амэр пачъыхьэу Сыхъон узэрэдэзекӀуагъэу ащи дэзекӀу“.

English

And the LORD said unto me, Fear him not: for I will deliver him, and all his people, and his land, into thy hand; and thou shalt do unto him as thou didst unto Sihon king of the Amorites, which dwelt at Heshbon.

Verse 3

Adyghe

Джаущтэу ти Зиусхьанэу Тхьэм Бащан хэкум ипачъыхьэу Ӏогъи ащ идзи зэкӀэ тӀэ къырилъхьагъэх. Ахэм ащыщ хэти псэоу къэтымыгъанэу зэхэтыукӀагъэх.

English

So the LORD our God delivered into our hands Og also, the king of Bashan, and all his people: and we smote him until none was left to him remaining.

Verse 4

Adyghe

Ащыгъум ащ икъалэхэр зэкӀэ тыубытыгъэх. Къэлэ тӀокӀищыри зэкӀэ тыубытыгъэх – зэрэ Аргоб хэкоу – Ӏогъ ипачъыхьагъоу Бащаным щыӀэр зэрэщытэу.

English

And we took all his cities at that time, there was not a city which we took not from them, threescore cities, all the region of Argob, the kingdom of Og in Bashan.

Verse 5

Adyghe

А къалэхэр зэкӀэ дэпкъ лъагэхэмкӀэ, къэлэпчъэ тӀурытӀухэмкӀэ, пчъэдадзэхэмкӀэ зэтегъэпытыхьэгъагъэх, ахэм анэмыкӀэу дэпкъхэмкӀэ къэмышӀыхьэгъэ псэупӀэхэри бэу итыгъэх.

English

All these cities were fenced with high walls, gates, and bars; beside unwalled towns a great many.
