Verse 1

Мосэ ипсалъэ лъигъэкӀотагъ: «Илъэсибл тешӀэ къэс чӀыфэхэр афэжъугъэгъун фае.

English

At the end of every seven years thou shalt make a release.

Verse 2

Adyghe

Ар зэрэшъушӀыщтыр мары: чӀыфэ зытыгъэ пэпчъ илъэпкъэгъу горэм ритыгъэр ферэгъэгъу. ЧӀыфэхэр афэгъэгъун фаеу Зиусхьаным ыпашъхьэ щызэдаштагъэшъ, илъэпкъэгъу горэм е ыш чӀыфэу аритыгъэр къызэраӀихыжьыным ар кӀэрэмыдэу.

English

And this is the manner of the release: Every creditor that lendeth ought unto his neighbour shall release it; he shall not exact it of his neighbour, or of his brother; because it is called the LORD's release.

Verse 3

Adyghe

НэмыкӀ цӀыф лъэпкъ щыщым чӀыфэр къыуитыжьыным пае уедэон уфит, ау уилъэпкъэгъу телъ чӀыфэр фэгъэгъу.

English

Of a foreigner thou mayest exact it again: but that which is thine with thy brother thine hand shall release;

Verse 4

Шъуи Зиусхьанэу Тхьэм шъуиунэенэу къышъуитырэ чӀыгум лъэш дэдэу Ащ ынэшӀу къыщишъущыфэщтышъ, тхьамыкӀэхэр шъуиӀэщтэпи.

English

save when there shall be no poor among you; for the LORD shall greatly bless thee in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance to possess it:

Verse 5

Adyghe

Ар хъун зилъэкӀыщт закъор шъуи Зиусхьанэу Тхьэм сыдырэмкӀи шъуедэӀоу, непэ къышъуфэсшӀыщт унашъохэр шъуегугъузэ жъугъэцакӀэмэ ары ныӀэп.

English

only if thou carefully hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe to do all these commandments which I command thee this day.
